really, the staff is amazing and they make the best eats in Poncha hands down.
A very pleasant surprise! The trout cakes were AWESOMELY DELICIOUS, the main dish of elk tenderloin was perfect and beyond tasty and done correctly. The food was a little slow coming out, but they are brand new. Shout out to DEVIN for retrieving my new hat that I inadvertently left at the table, THANKS AMIGO!

We came in on a Thursday night and had a wonderful experience. No time to be seated. Food 10/10! Bison ribeye was on point, cooked to perfection! Our servers were Candice and Ashley. These girls know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
