Very good prices for good food just wish it had a place to actually sit down there to eat
I got the smothered a cheeseburger. And oh my goodness definitely the best smothered burger I’ve ever had and I’ve been to every place here in Pueblo. Chili was definitely on point burger tasted amazing and the french fries slapped. Definitely Recommend!

Mother Smothers offers the best smothered burger, with chili on point and french fries that slap. The smothered chicken tacos on white feature tasty chile and a crispy taco shell. The smothered tacos and slopper are hands down the best food in Pueblo West. The slopper had eyes rolling back with the first bite. Service is wonderful, quick, and very friendly, with a complementary water. The vibe is awesome right when you walk in the door. The convenient location and hours are a plus. This is a place to be back weekly, with a 10 out of 10 for the chicken tacos, even for those who usually prefer beef. Highly recommended.
