“Bella Pasta catered our daughters sweet 16 birthday party this past March. We knew we wanted pasta from previous experiences and Bella Pasta was the place we know we wanted it from. For the amount of food we got the price was extremely reasonable for a large 100+ person party. They arrived on time and set everything up for us, told us where the additional food would be should we begin to run out of the main dishes and left all the materials we needed to ensure we were set. There was a mix up on the drinks but they immediately ran out, grabbed the supplies needed and did not charge us anything else. Truly great customer service!“

“Just had lunch with my family. Our waiter was Jonathan. He was very attentive to our table, especially my elderly parents. He was on top of our drinks and we never had to ask for a refill. The restaurant is very efficient. I was so surprised and impressed with the flavor and quality of the food. I had spaghetti with meat sauce with a side of Italian sausage. So good! And kudos to Jonathan who really took good care of my family.“

“What a wonderful place. The owners are so generous with their donations. The staff is amazing and reflects on the owners careful training. During the eclipse, the staff shared their glasses with customers so they could view the event safely. I visit almost weekly for food because they are the best in Pueblo. I can't say enough about the owners who care so much about their community.“

“Great customer service is hard to find! I want to recognize a couple employees. As we are greeted at our table by our server Nikki, such an amazing soul with a wonderful personality and welcomed us in with a beautiful smile. She was very attentive to our table and our cups were never empty which is rare in Pueblo restaurants. We need more people (servers) like her! Also would like to recognize the manager Gabriel who approached the table to ask how the service was. Super nice guy with a amazing personality and an asset to Ruby Tuesday!We will definitely come back to visit them soon!“

“We came in to noodles and company the other day place a order for Mac n cheese and spaghetti and meatballs, when we walked in they had adams state school there and a line all the way out the door with people still arriving. They got all the orders in and got to us very quickly. They greeted us very respectfully and gave us order number 42. The food price was ok but to be expected about 25 dollars, even with a bus full of students they got our food out to us in a matter of minutes. And let me tell you the mac n cheese was great hands down the best I ever had. So I would definitely recommend it. We then placed a separate order for everyone at my work which costed roughly 78 bucks but they all seemed to enjoy the food.Parking: Some parking but it looks like they are renovating it to accommodate more parking“

“Our family's food came out cold, which happends from time to time not the biggest deal, so that isn't the reason for the 5 star review, the reason is that the Manager Larrisa showed quick and decisive management/leadership qualities and recognized the issue immediately took accountability and remedied the situation all with a smile & kind words. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to be transformed out of what could've been a bad one. Amazing work and service Larrisa! Thank you so much! We will be back and be telling everyone we know that there's legitimate leadership here!“
