I had a great Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich, ordered Mac and cheese for the side. This might be wild to ask, because I know you guys sell soup... But do y'all consider Mac and cheese soup? This was the wettest Mac and cheese I ever had. I looked into the cup and the noodles were trying to swim to the edges to cling to the sides of the cup like Midwesterners in a public pool. I don’t like to be that person but when multiple people ordered after I did and get their food and I’m still waiting, I had to go up to the counter to find my food. The young woman was polite and said she’d bring it right out to me. She did and the soup was cold. I had to take it back up to get it warmed up. The manager was there and I explained what happened. The food is fantastic, they know how to make a tasty Reuben in my opinion. The service can be a bit slow at busy times but the atmosphere is a little chaotic because it is a very open floor
