I live 2 blocks from another Popeyes chicken..an travel at least 7 miles because of the Quality n PERSONAL!!! Help the other one is ALWAYS SHORT( somebody is stealing!!)..
We t there to eat with my wife. And we had to wait for 15 minutes before we even had our order taken plus the building was unbeatabley hot. No air conditioning. Even see customers walk out from the long wait .
It really seems like Pueblo or Colorado as a whole got some of the shittiest customer service I've ever experienced, either a bunch of high school kids, or middle age folks who hate their job giving attitude and actively looking to piss people off, Chick Fil A gotta be the only spot in town that's got good customer service.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen may need some improvement in cleanliness and maintenance, with broken glass and boarded-up doors. However, some issues with food quality were reported, such as hard, dry, cold, and awful fries, and a lack of regular chicken, with only spicy chicken available at times. The kid-friendliness was still appreciated, and some customers experienced wonderful, thoughtful service, with the staff providing a drink while waiting for food, making it a great experience for those who frequent this restaurant at least once a month.
