I live 2 blocks from another Popeyes chicken..an travel at least 7 miles because of the Quality n PERSONAL!!! Help the other one is ALWAYS SHORT( somebody is stealing!!)..
Popeyes is always right
The food was hot, delicious, and prepared correctly. The issues solely revolved around the service this location provides. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes before someone acknowledged our presence. They were busy so it was somewhat understandable but it would have been nice to have been greeted. We ordered and received our receipt but not our drink cups. We assumed they would come with it meal. We sat down at a table and waited and waited and waited. Twenty two minutes...read full review

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen may need some improvement in cleanliness and maintenance, with broken glass and boarded-up doors. Despite this, the service was good and the staff were kind, with the cashier being super sweet. However, some issues with food quality were reported, such as hard, dry, cold, and awful fries, and a lack of regular chicken, with only spicy chicken available at times. The kid-friendliness was still appreciated, and some customers experienced wonderful, thoughtful service, with the staff providing a drink while waiting for food, making it a great experience for those who frequent this restaurant at least once a month.
