I love this location!! It's nicely large enough. It is a stand-alone building with a drive thru and plenty of parking. The parking spaces are not crowded either! And of course the ice cream is amazing!!

I will never understand this younger generation. Kids can be so rude and some can provide amazing customer service. I won't say this young gal was rude, but she could have at least been nice. And when did BR start closing the lobby at 8pm on a Friday? It was 830p. on a Friday night and my husband and I craved a banana split so we went for it. We ordered the classic. I'm glad I asked if they still made it with the strawberry topping and pineapple topping, because...

It’s ice cream, so it’s pretty straightforward, but overall the customer service is decent. Two things though, closing the lobby, so early and forcing cars into the drive-through, where they back up towards the street is going to cause an accident. And secondly, whoever was packing ice cream tonight, truly packed this pint terribly. Compressed, this was probably helpful. Kind of a letdown.
