My husband and I entered black eye pea on February 19 at about 4:30 pm. Great time to go cuz the place is not crowded. However. We were seated in a booth right in front of the exit of the the food being served. Right in front of the back wall stood two managers. looking for former employees of black-eyed resturants in Houston Texas...especially the one on hwy 290. Anthony was a general manager there.
