We waited extra time for food. Then we get subpar service and food. Need some hiring and training there.
This place is slow. The staff all move like they are stuck in syrup. The food is decent but not worth the wait.
Ordered the Breakfast Jacks and none of the ham was cooked on them. The ham is supposed to be cooked on the grill while the egg is cooking. I've been getting Breakfast Jacks since the early 70's and this is the first time I've ever gotten one with uncooked ham. Unacceptable
