“I was in there earlier today and witnessed the conflict in the previous review and the information is completely incorrect and blown out of proportion. The manager was very polite about asking for the drinks from another place to be removed even offered some of their ihop cups to put the beverages in. The women in this complaint became completely hostile cussing and calling her names and threatening the manager. After that the manager just asked them to leave repeatedly never saying anything harmful or foul. She definitely handled the situation better than most would have. This is simply someone got told no and they threw a fit about it. Don’t let one person ruin your opinion go and see for yourself the service is great, the food is delicious, and the manager is amazing and very friendly. 10 out of 10“

“I visited this restaurant for the first time a few days ago and, overall, had a pleasant dining experience. The location was convenient enough, in a shopping area of Pueblo off of I-25N, there was adequate parking (though the parking had many HUGE potholes!), the outside of the restaurant was nicely decorated, we ere welcomed as we entered the restaurant by a pleasant, smiling employee, we were seated quickly at a clean table and comfortable seats, the dining room was clean but the lighting was too dim, they had a full salad bar for an inexpensive price, the menus were professional produced, were colorful, and provided many lunch options, our server came quickly, was friendly, took our order without any problems, our meals arrived in less than 10 minutes and my honey-baked chicken, covered with delicious sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli were delicious and reasonably priced, no music was playing, not sure if there was free WiFi, and the restroom was clean and did not smell.“

“A great place to have a quick bite. At a reasonable price. Just recently my family and I went to eat there. And the shift manager Dee was rude and hateful. She also went as far as talking stuff about my family. Like calling us a bunch of fat people looking for free food. We have been going there for ahwile. And have never had that treatment. Until we met her. So please be cautious about what time you go there. We were there in the evening. Also just to state we were not looking for free food. Thier cook nessed up our order. So we we're just asking for the correction of our order.“

“The assistant manager who cooked my food and the server, I believe they were Heather or Hannah (its been a few weeks), either way im 8.5 months pregnant and they gave me the absolute best service, best food, and best attention. They made me feel warm and welcomed, cared for intensely, and now i will ONLY frequent this location.

Thank you immensely to those ladies, I still haven't forgotten the feeling of that experience and can't wait to visit again !“

“They were just great the management showed them very welll the employees are very responsible its a hard job to be in the mall with so many people they all deserve a raise for the efforts and hard work pays off and if corporate sees this you really need to bump up there pay rates all staff and employees are amazing here“

“The tables were visibly dirty and sticky. there was a dog in the restaurant climbing all over the table so it grossed me out because I didn't feel like my table was clean and what if there was a dog climbing all over my table previously and wasn't cleaned...I could barely eat my food because I was so grossed out“

“I travel from the Eastside to the Southside to eat at this Dairy Queen. Their Employees supersede the one on Troy like DAY & NIGHT! Not only the Southside DQ more professional and friendly, but the FOOD is always fresh and delicious. The dining room is always clean and inviting.
