Always the best in town
I bought the new Carmel pumpkin brulee coffee, frozen. It comes with soft top. The soft top was chunky and curdled. Completely disgusting! When I attempted to take it back they told me that's how it's supposed to be. I've had this drink many times at other Dutch Brothers and it's never like that. It's always creamy like whipped cream. It wouldn't have been so bad if they would have just fixed their mistake, but instead they tried to play me for a fool
Good drinks, smiling emoloyees; however, very long wait times and long lines feel longer when employees chat it up with their buddies via the drive thru window.

Dutch Bros Coffee is a busy location for good reason. The drinks are delicious, sweet, and customizable with basically endless flavor options, like the mistletoe drink. It is described as an infinite drink glitch and a guilty pleasure fix that is addictive. People talk about it like a weekly ritual. The energy is good and there is a touch of community, with a weirdly chill community vibe where everyone feels like they are just hanging out together.
The crew is professional, polite, patient, and very helpful. They hustle and do their very best to create a good experience, even during issues like a power outage. They are stellar at communicating and keeping everyone happy.
You should expect a wait when it’s packed, as the drive-thru, walk-up, and pickup areas are often full. The only downside is the pickup area and line flow could use some improvements, as it is easy to feel a little lost when it is busy. However, it is worth it. Once you get your drink, it is game over. You will be glad you stopped in.
