6 Best Japanese Restaurants in Pueblo

“I am embarrassed to say this but have lived in Pueblo most of my life and have never been to this AMAZING restaurant until this past Sunday! In a nutshell, my family and I travel distances for food this good while never knowing about this location. The food was absolutely incredible not to mention the service, environment, you name it! Whether you do hibachi or sushi, there is no place in town that can compare! I feel like they need more advertising and word of mouth for continued success, absolutely floored by the entire experience from "A to Z"! Give them a try, if you don't, you're missing out as we have been for many years! No other place in town compares!“

“Had a craving for sushi and Hubs and I hopped on over.

It was quiet, service was fast and great!

The miso soup was one of the best we have had. The broth had a depth to it that delicious. The sushi was also really good! The flavors popped, and the spice was spot on.

Hubs tried the spicy ramen, and we shared a few rolls.

We will definitely return to try other options!“
