Kava Colorado is an excellent coffee and tea shop and a hidden gem in Pueblo. It is a quaint, fun, and lovely space with a warm, boho, homey, and relaxing ambiance. The shop features a vegan restaurant called The Cutting Board operating out of the kitchen. The coffee and drink menu is exquisite, offering a wide variety of drinks, including great and strong kava shots and on-point Kratom drink options. The kava is made in a traditional Polynesian manner. It is a fabulous chill spot, perfect for meeting friends, soaking up solitude, or doing focus work.
The food offered is phenomenal. The vegan patty melt is the best ever, featuring a fresh and artisanal bun, a Beyond burger grilled and seasoned to perfection with delicious melty cheese and sauce. Their seasoned fries and dill dip are a tasty compliment not to be missed. The owner and staff are delightful, warm, inviting, and amazing. The place is clean and supports the community. It is a five-star establishment highly recommended for a great, sober experience of relaxation.
