Based on the reviews, Pasta Cottage is an amazing authentic homemade Italian takeout spot and a hidden Pueblo gem. It is take out only with short hours and can get pretty busy for good reason. The handmade noodles are amazing, and the homemade spaghetti and meatballs with a salad is exceptionally impressive. The absolute best lasagna is available and tastes even better the next day. The food is fresh, flavorful, and feels like a home cooked meal that is very comforting. The service is always amazing, professional, and efficient, with staff who are very good in mannerism. The portion is generous, and with the tip it was under $20. Pasta Cottage also catered a wedding, providing an outstanding experience with food that was loved by all guests.
