I've dedicated my life to delivering exceptional customer service, but I've never in my life been treated like what I experienced today at the Wendy's on Santefe and 6th. nice clean restaurant. nice staff.
Always gets the order wrong, leaves products out and have to go in and be treated like you are an annoyance. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Wendy's is a marvelous restaurant with polite and helpful staff, serving fresh and hot food. The restaurant is clean, has a mellow vibe, and is wheelchair accessible.
