I have been a regular (pho, boba and banana egg roll) since they opened. Best pho in town- it’s my go to remedy for any type of sickness I encounter. It fills me up and it’s filled with so many nutrients it gets my body back on track quite quickly. The staff is so friendly.
I just moved away, and let’s just say my last night in rifle.. out of all the places I could have eaten, I picked pho from Frozen. ❤️

Excellent food!
Ordered a vanilla tea with strawberry popping boba, it was delicious!
Frozen Cafe offers delicious food with highlights including their tasty French fries, popcorn chicken with buffalo sauce, and vanilla with milk and strawberry popping boba drink. The pho is a local favorite, known for its healing properties and hearty nutrients. The staff is friendly, and the tables are clean. However, it is suggested to improve to-go containers to prevent spills.
