Best sandwiches I've had on the Western Slope! I found Two Forks on the Western Slope Food Trucks Map and I'm so glad I did! My wife and I have been back a few times and have tried the Steak & Blue, Club Sandwich, and the Cubano. All 3 are incredible and I can't wait to try some of the other menu items next time I'm in Rifle.
Food trailer. Wonderful sandwiches and wraps, plenty seating and parking. Seating is all outdoor, but covered.
We had the TBA wrap and the Cubano sandwich. TBA was very good and Cubano exceptional, using pulled pork and mildly sweet mustard made it unique with familiar flavors.

Two Forks is a food trailer offering wonderful sandwiches and wraps. Menu items include the Steak & Blue, Club Sandwich, Cubano, TBA wrap, and a double smash burger. All ingredients are fresh and quite tasty. Seating is all outdoor, but covered, with plenty seating and parking. The staff is excellent and will make your order to whatever you might desire. Worth visit!
