We love our Rocky Ford Sonic. Great customer service, good food, Heavenly ice, we've never had any issues, fo th most part. Our order has always been right on. Waited for 15 mins and no one answered, so I moved to a different ordering station. Called a car hop over and let them know I'd been there additional 5 mins. She apologized and made the statement they just got to the one I was at. They were short handed for whatever reason. Then after another 5 mins they took my order.
