The Beef Fajita dish is enough for two, and the chorizo burrito is awesome. The fish is excellent and can be ordered in various ways like garlic, mushrooms, shrimp, or tropical with pineapple. The fried Jalapenos are crunchy, the cole slaw is good, and the salad with thin sliced green apples, oranges, strawberries, nuts, and Jalapeno Ranch dressing is awesome. It is a must-visit when in Salida.
