High quality, healthy, and the MOST delicious.
I do not have enough good words about Mantis Kitchen, specifically DeAnne. She privately catered my elopement dinner with 20 people. DeAnne made the process incredibly seamless and enjoyable. Her service went above and beyond, from communication to the food itself. She made this day whole. Every single person enjoyed everything on their plate. And I LOVE that it is all local meat and veggies. A bonus was that the food was served not a single minute late. An INCREDIBLE experience.
Holy moly, this might be the best meal in Salida. I had the lamb chops and potatoes, and my wife had the beef kabab salad. We also had two cookies as well :) SO good. Can’t wait to have another meal!
