Delicious 😋, I had the carnda plate as spelling just messed me up. Rice and beans. Photo attached. Very pleasant and clean restaurant. As a tourist trip, I recommend this place.
My favorite taco place in town; I visit every time I go to Salida! The Nopal (cactus) tacos are so delicious. Service is amazing, they are so happy to help you and always smiling. The Chile Rellenos also are a favorite of mine!

If you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. I got the stuffed carne asada, which is a signature dish for them, and the sauce that it came smothered in was the most flavorful and delicious sauce. It was a little bit spicy, but I'm not good with spice and I did just fine eating the whole plate. Also, if you like nopales, this is the only place in Colorado that I've seen that has it.
