Excellent- hot and flavorful, best Thai we have ever had.

Thai Cuisine Salida CO is a little Mom and Pop spot and a food truck serving Thai food. The drunken noodles were out of this world. The Pad Thai is some of the best. The green curry and the Shrimp Fried rice are family favorites. The pineapple fried rice with tofu was great, with a huge serving size. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, with a little crunch but not too much, and the meat and noodles were tasty. The food was great, well executed, and felt like Thai you would get at a popular restaurant in a big city. The food was ready quickly for pickup, and the people working were kind and happy. Best Thai I've had. Hope this food “shack” sticks around.
