“I was spending a week in the Keystone region for a wedding, and as this was my first visit to Colorado, I needed to explore the local craft beer scene. Syndicate Brewing stood out to me among the other (excellent) breweries due to their nano-production sized brew house. Brewing a wide variety of styles with some rather obscure ones on tap (I can't remember the last time I saw a Rauchbeir at a brewery!) , everything I had was an excellent expression of the style. The bartender was friendly and inviting, and the taproom had a real feeling of community. I'll make sure to return any time I'm in the area.“

“We have found a distinct lack of good vegan food whenever we visit Vail. So we were super happy to find this place on the way back to Denver. I hesitate to order vegan cheese normally because I don’t like the consistency, but several people mentioned it very favorably on Google. I had a Mediterranean pizza on gluten-free crust with vegan cheese, and it was delicious. It was a very loud and rambunctious trivia night when we were there, so we enjoyed the beautiful outside tables underneath the Aspen trees. Totally worth a visit. “We are in Keystone for Spring Break and stopped in for dinner. We used Open Table for our reservation and that made the wait & check-in process very simple! The food was great, service was awesome (which is saying a LOT for today’s world of retail service) and the atmosphere was great! Highly recommended!!! This TX family loved the queso and salsa, and I had the hot steak enchiladas and my wife and son shared the chicken fajitas.“
