We were pleasantly surprised to hear about this gem in Silverton. We had the BBQ Sloppy Joe sandwiches with fries, and they were really delicious. Before my husband went vegan, he used to try all the Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives spots during our travels, so this was a fun surprise. It’s always a joy to see unlikely businesses offer a truly scrumptious vegan option.

My bf and I love stopping in here every time we road trip to the Silverton/Ouray area from Denver. The chili cheese fries are our favorite. Recommend the brisket and pulled pork as well.

Happy I found this quick and easy Vegan tofu bbq. I was in a hurry to get into town after backpacking and beat the 12:30 tourist rush. The sloppy joe was quite good--it's a pretty okay tofu texture mixed with a great bbq sauce, making for an above average option. It actually intrigued me to try making Tofu sloppy joes on my own. Side of corn was a good option (the butter is on the side so it's avoidable).

I love bbq so this was where we chose to eat when our train arrived in Silverton. I ordered a rib plate, which came with fries and corn bread, my girlfriend ordered a pulled pork sandwich. I enjoyed everything on my plate and my girlfriend liked her food too. That atmosphere was nice and I would go back if we are ever there again.

The onion rings are the best I have ever had! Highly recommend trying them. The pulled pork is my favorite; so moist and tender. The potato salad and cole slaw are delicious too. Highly recommend trying them out when you're in Silverton.

Good service, mediocre food. We got the turkey and pulled pork, they're both unseasoned and needed sauce. They have one bbq sauce that was average and it contains gluten (so my girlfriend couldn't eat the sauce). Cornbread was a bit dry. The sides were okay, we got the mashed potatoes with gravy and slaw. Service was very fast and the staff were nice.

Stopped in Silverton and decided to try some BBQ and stopped by Thee Pitts Again BBQ. You walk in and order at the counter. The food (pulled pork) was really good and the service was great. The atmosphere is really interesting as this is an old building from back in the day. Apparently the show Diners Drive-in and Dave’s did a show on this place or the place when it was in Arizona. It is a little pricey though. We paid $45.00 for 2 pulled Pork sandwiches, 2 drinks, corn and fried Pickles. A great place to get some BBQ in Silverton.
