There is a 4% kitchen service fee added to the total bill without your knowledge and they don’t explain the reason for the charge. It was a bit suspicious of a charge. Just be aware as this is not related to gratuity and does not go to the servers.
Have been going to Steamboat every February for over 10 years now. Every year we would go to GPG for drinks and food after a day of skiing. Our 2024 trip is planned and we agreed that we will not be going to GPG anymore. Over the last few years we felt less like customers and more like a nuisance. First there is the 1 hour limit which includes a rush to get us to order, eat, and get out. We even had a waiter try and take my brothers plate before he was finished.
