This little unassuming place it has the best breakfast menu in the state of Colorado! If you’re in town don’t miss the chance to eat here. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is so fun!
But the food! So much to offer. Breakfast and lunch. Such a nice relaxing place to enjoy an early. Morning cup of coffee with a delicious pastry or a full meal. Don’t miss out.

Great service and incredible food. The scrambles are our go to choice but the waffles and pancakes are just as good. Some nice unique menu options as well.

This place also offers a limited selection of pastries and also decorated cakes. There are many options on the breakfast and lunch menu, even arepa. The food is on par with other breakfast/lunch restaurants.
Really good food. It's definitely a little on the pricey side. Would recommend if you are looking for a great breakfast.

The Egg was a fantastic find for a wonderful breakfast. I was staying in Steamboat Springs for work and was very happy to have stumbled upon this cozy restaurant. The service was kind of slow, and the food was delicious and my drink was warm and wonderful. This is definitely a little gem in Steamboat. If you are in the area, swing by and give this place a try.
