“We recently held our son's and our new daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and every detail was perfect! Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! It's hard to pick a favorite dish since we ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Great cocktails and wine list too! A special callout to our new in-laws (the Francas and the Englishs of Thornton) for recommending Parma! “I love this place. I live in Thornton so it takes about 30 minutes to get there. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Good size patio with umbrellas and on hot days misters. They have a U shaped bar. Probably about 10 seats and then you order at the bar. They package a limited amount of their beer. Lucid AF is fantastic! They have a main area of seating and then they have a back room that is a little smaller but has TVs. It has a few pinball machines too. Always a great selection of beer from light to dark, from low ABV to high. I definitely recommend this place! Cheers!“

“I love it here!! I order the house chai with almond milk and their coffee, both are so delicious. The view is one of the best in terms of coffee shops in Boulder, and the cups are so cute!

Also, the atmosphere inside is great they have plenty of outlets, the music is pretty calm, and the plants inside look like they are all thriving.

“Romero's consistently has a great selection of craft beers. The dog patio is a great addition if you have dogs or just want to see some dogs while sipping a beer. They have had a food truck every time I've been, if you need some food. I highly recommend you check it out!“
