Burger King in Thornton

“The people that work here need a raise, because they understand the needs of the people who go here to eat. I was short by $1 for a food item and the manager allowed it to be comped. I'm not saying you should go to Burger King and try to rip off the manager. I'm saying that was a one-time incident and I'm grateful they helped me out in that way. However, the food is not very good here. When you eat it, it's hot but it doesn't feel fresh, which is kind of what Burger King is all about. On top of that, when you go outside of the store there's a lot of solicitors which makes you very uncomfortable about sitting down and eating at the restaurant. Eating at this location makes you feel like you need to hurry up and get out of there because of the solicitors outside. The funny thing is that even though that's going on outside, the interior is very up kept and very clean looking at all times. But who are they making it clean for when there are solicitors outside making you uncomfortable while you eat? This Burger King location has a lot to improve, even though they have some very great staff among their ranks.“

“The food was good, nice and neat, surprisingly so. The people working were really friendly and working well together. However, most of the tables were dirty, and the dining area was a bit strange. The drink machine was behind the counter which is okay, but there clearly used to be a station for it. There were no condiments out where you could get them either. Also, both of the machines to put the order in yourself were out of service.“
