“Since it opened, this particular BK has definitely had it's issues. I've personally seen everything from an employee and a manager nearly slugging it out physically, to a manager whom took my breakfast order and afterwards I wasn't sure she was capable of even tying her own shoelaces. There have also been several employees that though they appeared to not be doing much, ie we were literally the only customers present, you would have sworn we were asking them to "go the extra mile" by actually doing what they were bring paid to do. However, the last several stops I have to say have been much, much better. Service has been prompt, friendly, and precise. Glad to see management must have changedor finally got their act together, as thr service has finslly been up to par and even above such. Refreshing to see.“
“I can not recommend Burger King at this time. Burger King was once my favorite restaurant. Food Delicious and Service Superb. On two occasions in the past month I have stopped for breakfast and it was disgusting. The Food was cold and there was no heat in the dining room. The restroom was unacceptable. Dirty and Smelly. I realize it's difficult to find help to make things work. We were the only ones in the dining room and very few drive through customers. I certainly don't want to get any body in trouble I just want food and service to return to the excellent it was. Before Covid 19 we had coffee and breakfast almost every day. on Saturday morning the dining room was full and business was excellent. I contacted Website on my Burger King App.. with no reply except an automated response. So sorry to have to say negative comments. J. Thomas“
