I've gone to BKs across the US for one basic reason. Veggie burgers (including now three impossible burger). This one I'm reviewing now is always fast, friendly (usually drive through) and food tastes freshly made.“
“The lady taking the drive thru orders had some great customer service skills. She was friendly and personable. I made sure and complimented her. So many people are ready to complain but they don't compliment either. They are making food as you order because you have to pull up and wait. I noticed this my last two visits. The lady that brought our food out was awesome too. Food was good.“

“I’m going to leave 5 stars because I actually really do like this location, it‘s honestly my favorite one. BUT when I went in tonight (05/03/2023) whoever was working the register (blonde braided hair, glasses, name on tag started with a D but was too long to read) was insanely rude. I would fire any of my employees on the spot for treating my customers like that, much less without any reason“
“I used to live across the street frpm.this location. All I can say are great thingsThe people working here make great food and work hard to provide for sp many people. They handle fast paced and sometimes very tense situations effectively and fast. The food is the best any burger King I've ever been to without question.. everything is fresh and hot when ordered and always corrected with a smile and quickness. The managers seem fair and the employees have a bond between them that really makes for a dynamic and fun work environment. Love thus location and will miss coming here for breakfast all the time:)“
“Alameda and Sheridan tonight. We were in the drive-thru of this Burger King .We heard it and when we got through the drive through, pretty much what you saw and captured your attention was the car on its side wrapped around the sign. I only noticed the red car in the street after I walked over there and started filming. I was in the back seat of my son' s car with my grandson. The guy sitting on the ground at the beginning of this video is the driver of I think the car on its side, wrapped around the sign.“
“After a bad experience at the Jellison location, I drove a little further to this one to give it another shot. After a little confusion about whether it was still open at 10:30pm, I was served quickly and politely by the lovely woman working there tonight.I will definitely make the longer drive out to this location in the future :)“
“They're open super late, staff were nice, food was predictable Burger King so we knew what to expect and got it. The parking lot is not well lit, and this is a VERY sketchy area after dark, so there were people wandering around the surrounding streets and parking lots that did not make for a great comfort level. For that reason, I'd probably make this a daytime interstate stop and only night if you're out of options.“
“Just finished ordering Doris a rush on a Saturday night at 10:50 pm and I must say they gave such a great service. The food was spot on and the guy had such a great personality still. I can’t thank them enough I hope they get A raise soon because it shows they care for the food and company thank you!“
“This location is right off the highway across the street from 7-Eleven. The staff is always on point when it comes down to customer service. There is never really a wait either. They allow you to walk up to the drive-through window if the inside is closed. The prices are reasonable. They do serve breakfast till 10 a.m. there is a public restroom. No outdoor eating. No kids' play area. They do have handicapped parking, entrance, and seating.Parking: Bug parking lotKid-friendliness: No play area but they do have highchairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, seating, entrance, and restroom“
“Ordered 01/14/24 at around 9:40pm, my brother went to pick up the food so I don’t know how the service went but when he got back my jr whopper was so well put together it looked like a crabby patty and tasted amazing, well done Burger King.“

They need to get their hours down cuz the open at weird times and close way to early! Bathrooms are always clean!“

“I placed an online pick up order the other night (1/6) for the first time at this location and was pleasantly pleased with the whole experience. Food was ready and waiting for me. My order was correct. I wish I caught his name, but the gentleman working the counter was so genuinely polite and made me happy that I chose this for my dinner. Thanks BK, I’ll be back!“

“This is a classic case of customer service making all the difference. I typically avoid this particular Burger King as it's usually inundated with high school students from nearby Lincoln High School and the homeless hang out by the front door begging change. Not to mention they sleep on the sidewalk and out near the drive through area. It's very disconcerting for me and I suspect, many others. Today I went in and was immediately met by a cheery and wonderful young woman named Juana. She was as friendly as could be and she even rearranged my order a little to make it considerably less expensive. She was all smiles and made my entire experience and great one. My Impossible burger was hot, fresh and quite tasty. My experience was so positive that actually did the online survey listed on the receipt and that's only the second one of those I've ever done in my life. The place was reasonably clean and I like the newer decor. It's a big improvement.“
