“It seems your experience here may vary depending on what shift/time of day you come. I know this location has a lot of reviews of food being incorrect, missing, or cold. But that wasn’t my experience. Came for lunch on a Saturday and food was ready on time, accurate to what I ordered, and hot despite a LONG drive through line. The ordering kiosks in the shop were broken as mentioned by other customers.“
“I was served here by a gentleman name Jose Luis..I believe. Great service! He made sure my order was correct and recommended a few things I didn’t even know were available! I find it odd that I’ve had better service here than at a traditional sit down restaurant. Well done Jose. Thank you for showing us who pay that customer service is not dead!“
