“It’s hit or miss. But the Hispanic people lately have been very friendly. Which is nice. They finally have ice cream. It must have been down for a while. The fries though. And it’s not their fault. They just don’t taste good. Wouldn’t even want them if they were free. What is BK frying them in? Taste is just off. Blech 🤢! Can you look into a better oil to fry fries in? Anyway, if you have an issue, you can use the BK app to make a comment and they usually make it right with a credit. Don’t call the actual restaurant cause they usually cannot help. Go to your actual BK app to the contact option and tell them the issue and you will get some kind of credit. Same thing with other apps. Like Chipotle for example.“
“Was going to leave a bad review because every time I would go here they would get my order wrong, but it turns out that the app ordering system just works differently than most others. Food is good, staff is kind, but the drive through could use more decoration.“
