I ordered 2 custom birthday cakes that didn't say "Happy Birthday"! No one in the store could fix it at that time, no choice had to take them to the party. A Karen named Daisy called to say since I took my order there's nothing they could do to compensate me. I order cakes every few months. Not any more!
