They were also quite busy, he was still calm polite and focused, in a rush that can be very difficult. I always love the ice cream of course but the people can make the experience much better or worse. Will definitely be coming back, thanks! “I always have great service when here, the staff is amazing. the packaging not so much. when we buy individual glazed we are fine. decided to buy a voodoo dozen for the kids. there was one liner in the whole box. so the grape ape seemed to melt and spread over everything. I trashed half a box I purchased for over$30 because no one would eat them. I was going to drive back out there with the box but it's just out of the way“

“I live in Georgia and ordered a custom Nightmare before Christmas cake for my daughter's birthday. My son-in-law forgot to pick it up before they closed but I was able to send a message and the owner Erica was kind enough to meet up with him later that night. I don't know alot of people that would go out of their way for a 1st time customer. My daughter was greatful. She said the cake was so good and she loved the way it was decorated. John, the owner, stepped up to save the day after another bakery canceled last minute on a birthday cake I had ordered. With less than 24 hour notice, during a peek rush and on a weekend at that, I could not have been more pleased with what he put together for me. After explaining my situation and that it was for my partners 35th birthday party that was a little gay, little disco, little cowboy, I didn't expect anything more than an icing piped "Happy Birthday". Picture attached because he knocked it out of the park and words don't do it justice. Not only did the cake live up to the party theme (and then some) it was DELICIOUS and when he quoted me the price I couldn't believe how affordable it was.
