They were also quite busy, he was still calm polite and focused, in a rush that can be very difficult. “I live in Georgia and ordered a custom Nightmare before Christmas cake for my daughter's birthday. My son-in-law forgot to pick it up before they closed but I was able to send a message and the owner Erica was kind enough to meet up with him later that night. I don't know alot of people that would go out of their way for a 1st time customer. My daughter was greatful. She said the cake was so good and she loved the way it was decorated. “I always have great service when here, the staff is amazing. the packaging not so much. when we buy individual glazed we are fine. decided to buy a voodoo dozen for the kids. there was one liner in the whole box. so the grape ape seemed to melt and spread over everything. I trashed half a box I purchased for over$30 because no one would eat them. I was going to drive back out there with the box but it's just out of the way“
