GQue BBQ Thornton is a great BBQ restaurant with outstanding food and customer service. The brisket is fantastic, tender, and the most tenderest ever had. Their jalapeno cheddar smoked sausages, Brisket French Dip special, dry rub wings, macaroni & cheese, and beans are all amazing and divine. The whole smoked turkey for Thanksgiving is delicious, soft, and has the right amount of smoke. You get a lot of food for a good value, including family meals. There is a friendly hello when you walk in. Enjoy perks like free fries for a Broncos win, a rewards system, and $1 draft beer during happy hour. It is a place you will definitely love and purchase from again.
