I just want to say genuinely Lailia was the best employee I’ve seen in a while. She was running around, and on top of everything making sure things got done. Lailia runs the show. Give her a promotion.
I hope the owner sees this. You need to look into why your store has a 2.2 rating. Service is always 50/50 at the drive through. Latest debacle, waited 15+ mins for our order only to have missing items. 12+ cars got their order, we were waiting on a single quarter pounder, no one else ordered that? Incompetency is at an all time high at this McDonald’s.
They are so slow!!! We did a mobile order to pick up inside and waiting over 10 minutes!!!

McDonald’s is known for its typical food, but what sets this location apart is the exceptional staff. Customers appreciate the kind and informative service from the hygienists and Dr Ionescu. The friendly older gentleman working at night stands out for his positive energy. Despite having a closer option, many choose to drive here for consistently better quality food like crispy fries and nuggets, always served quickly and just right.
