“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the very kindhearted lady working the drive-thru this morning (3/10/22) at this Starbucks (in Timnath off of Weitzel). I was having issues with the Starbucks app and could not figure out why I couldn’t get logged back into my account to pay for my order 🤦🏼‍♀️. She then handed me my order and I got my debit card out to pay and asked her about transferring the star rewards to my account later, and she responded with, “Well, I’ve already canceled the order. We got this one today for you 😁.” I did NOT expect that and felt bad that I was holding up the drive-thru line and that I was potentially being seen as someone who was being difficult since I really wanted to use my Starbucks app to get my points. But the lady was SO kind to me and caring and just made my morning! So thank you (I don’t even know your name) for being so kindhearted to me this morning and for getting my order for me as well 🤩! “I am from out of town and was attracted to this place because I spent time in Peru and Lima and think some of the best coffee comes from that country. I learned that the name Lima is the name of the owner LOL, but it did not disappoint. The light roast drip was wonderfully smooth in aroma, taste and flavor. The homemade scones was absolutely delicious and fresh. I sat out side early on Sunday morning reading the paper and enjoying my coffee. Service is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend if you need some extra protein or a meal replacement option that doesn’t taste like stale cardboard. Had the lemon pound cake monthly special and enjoyed the subtile flavor. Dez and Randi were literally scrubbing the drain and tiles on the floor!! Everytime we go we always get the best service at the LaSalle location. I've been there about 4 times now and each time the staff has been OUTSTANDING! I am a huge coconut fan and Joey recommended to try an iced coffee that tasted like a Samoa cookie :) Not only did he give that great recommendation he also gave me tips on other coconut things to try. “This bakery is incredible. We come here every weekend to get our loaf of sourdough, and they have many sourdough options. The other baked goods are really tasty, you can't go wrong with any choice really. It's more of a "grab and go" type of place but they have some seating and on occasion I have definitely sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee. The staff is also really nice and helpful.“
