Elway's in Vail is a favorite spot for many, offering exceptional service and delicious food. The upscale casual vibe of the bar is perfect for a night out. The steaks are incredible, but don't miss out on the burger or the salmon, which are both spectacular. The Rack of Lamb and Lobster Tail are cooked perfectly and presented beautifully.
