More people need to visit Gessners! It feels like secret that needs to get out. Food is fantastic and the service is both attentive and personable. Jhon was excellent - knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I have been coming for years celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and will definitely be back.

The Gessner in Vail was absolutely phenomenal. We had two full families staying together, and it could not have been a better experience for everyone. The food was incredible every single day, and the service was just as impressive — attentive, friendly, and consistently top-notch.
From start to finish, the entire team made us feel welcome and taken care of, and the atmosphere was perfect for a fun, relaxed, multi-family trip. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and quality throughout the stay. It was a memorable experience for all of us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had a great experience at Gessner in the Grand Hyatt! The atmosphere and food were excellent, and Jhon was amazing and so kind. His friendly service made our visit truly special. We would definitely come back!
