Staff are friendly and welcoming, often bilingual, and super helpful with kids, even giving them a side of MnMs. The ice cream and sorbet are absolutely delicious, and the portions are great. This summer, the cafe has had unreliable hours due to a claimed shortage of employees, which has caused inconvenience for some customers. Families love this place, and the staff make everyone feel very welcomed.
