Friendly staff, delicious food and drinks. It’s a good thing I don’t live around here, or I’d be tripling in size after eating too many Tripletas.
I’m from Puerto Rico, and I can honestly say Solumi Cafe is one of the best Puerto Rican restaurants in Denver! 🇵🇷❤️ Ever since I found this place, I keep coming back. The food is amazing and tastes authentic, the employees are super friendly, the service is great, and the kitchen is always clean.
If you’re looking for real Puerto Rican food in Denver, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend it! 🇵🇷🔥🍴

Solumi Cafe is one of the best Puerto Rican restaurants in Denver. The food is amazing and tastes authentic. The employees are super friendly, the service is great, and the kitchen is always clean. It is worth the stop. The churros are a must-try. The place also supports local shops. The food is fresh, delicious, and cooked to order. The coffee is made perfectly sweet. The drinks include an iced coquito latte, iced churro latte, and iced OG matcha with lavender. They are well-balanced and not overly sweet. The breakfast croissant and breakfast burger are flavorful and FRESH. The breakfast burger is really delicious. The coconut pudding with cinnamon on top is also available. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Even picky family members said this was the best burger they've ever had. It is worth the price.
