I asked for a Big Carl burger with two 1/3 pound patties. I have been craving that for some time now. It was just under $10 for the burger. fries and large drink. Imagine my surprise when I got home and I found a single 1/3 patty cheese burger with lettuce and Big Carl sauce. I called the manager and he said I was charged correctly and had an I don't give a darn attitude. When I told him I wouldn't be back he said "Thank You". I specifically placed my order and had a clarifying conversation about it. The order was wrong, the window person said they would fix it, and we were told not to pay for it. After waiting over 20 min for it to come out nothing, went inside, was told to wait more. The manager then approaches me at my car accusing me of theft of food because the order was wrong and for the 2nd time refused to take payment for anything undercharged.
