Tim the morning manager on 2/22 at 6:45 am though it was a good idea to laugh at me in the phone when I called in to ask that they could do for me because I’ve been in 3 days in a row and my coffee tastes horrible. He told me I could talk it up with the GM. Horrible management if he’s really the manager. We pay a lot for coffee. The least he can do is be nice. And when you walk into the store you can tell who Tim is. He’s always the most stressed and stressing out his employees. He really needs a reality check. I’ll be in at 1045 to talk to the GM and escalate higher if we need to.

If you know you know this Starbucks is one of the best you can come in and clear your mind grab fresh coffee and and not feel like you're on top of other people if you need to check an email. Top knotch place do a little work drink some coffee.

I visited Saturday for a quick coffee stop. Fully witnessed one of the staff members pushing another co-worker. Definitely made me and others uncomfortable as she showed no remorse to her team member. Other than that, coffee was great and the barista was so nice!!!

I went through the drive through and payed with cash and they never gave me my change, they also over charged me for an additional item I did not receive, and they messed up the drink I ordered for myself. I feel very taken advantage of because I had a lot going on with my 4 year old son in the back seat. I called they said I needed to return to the store ( which was also inconvenient). When I came back they said I needed a receipt, but how could I get a receipt when they never gave me my change? When they tried to look it up I gave them the exact time that was placed on the sticker of one of my drinks. The only receipt they “could find” was a credit transaction. Therefor they would not would not provide my change, obviously I was livid it’s not right I had to pay $20 for 2 drinks. They then gave me the district managers number who didn’t answer the phone. Hopefully that employee can eventually get the training needed in cash handling responsibilities.

Pumpkin spice lattes are back, yeah;I wish for them all year. The prices have gone up, it's happening everywhere, but now restaurant people are getting a fair wage; I hope. Say what you want, where ever I travel I can go to a Starbucks and know that I will get a quality drink.
