The atmosphere is lovely and they're always playing music and you can either be outside or inside. The service was very nice and someone immediately brought us waterand gave us a place to sit. “There are some really good Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants in Denver: Glo, Ginger Pig, Mister Oso... Hop Alley didn't live up to the hype for me. Everything was good, but not great. The service was fine, and I appreciated the food coming out quickly, but the pace felt rushed. The cocktails were weird twists on bar classics, and we've had better Chinese food elsewhere in Denver. Overall, really glad we tried it, but we'll be sticking to our preferred staples in RiNo.“

“The tour was amazing. Our tour guide was very patient and knowledgeable. The whiskey we tried was palatable and unique. Your bar staff is inattentive, easily distracted, and forgot what drinks we ordered twice. And I had difficulties with my tour date despite emailing and calling. The tour guide, Andy (I think that was his name) was very personable and down to earth. He had some good jokes/puns. The bartender was sweet and we met the owner briefly. We each chose different liquors for our flights and enjoyed each one plus our cocktails were great. My personal favorite for the flight was the V.I. Rum. After the tour we also got the maple bacon old fashioned which was different but equally delicious. Everything on the menu looked great and while we didn't try any of the food offerings, we will definitely be back. The bar was an intimate setting and the pinball machines were great. We live in Aurora but we can't wait to come back as this place is definitely worth the drive for us!“
