“This is the second time I've been here and both times I was so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and how willing they are to take the time to get you a cocktail that's perfect. There are lots to choose from, so they're happy to guide you and they'll also ask what you like and cheerfully recommend something from a past menu if it seems like a fit. The food is also outstanding. Both times I've gotten the ciabatta and I craved it for days after. Last night we also got the deviled eggs (so creamy!), scallops, and latkes, all delicious. The speakeasy aspect is cute the first time but since we got there when it opened this time it was kind of silly because everyone was crowded into the tiny room up front and had to move back every time they opened the door. Once you're in, though, everything is cozy and charming and lovely. Afterwards, we went to the Occidental next door and the staff was equally delightful. I haven't experienced such cheerful and helpful waitstaff probably ever.“

“This historic original Coors tap house is one of the greatest bars and restaurants in Denver, tucked away in the very hip Highlands neighborhood. The amazing bartenders and staff offer great service that perfectly complements the delicious and tasty food. Your bar staff is inattentive, easily distracted, and forgot what drinks we ordered twice. And I had difficulties with my tour date despite emailing and calling. “There are some really good Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants in Denver: Glo, Ginger Pig, Mister Oso... Hop Alley didn't live up to the hype for me. Everything was good, but not great. The service was fine, and I appreciated the food coming out quickly, but the pace felt rushed. The cocktails were weird twists on bar classics, and we've had better Chinese food elsewhere in Denver. Overall, really glad we tried it, but we'll be sticking to our preferred staples in RiNo.“

“My boyfriend and I came here because we had a Groupon for a flight, cocktail, and distillery tour. It was awesome! The tour guide, Andy (I think that was his name) was very personable and down to earth. He had some good jokes/puns. The bartender was sweet and we met the owner briefly. We each chose different liquors for our flights and enjoyed each one plus our cocktails were great. My personal favorite for the flight was the V.I. Rum. After the tour we also got the maple bacon old fashioned which was different but equally delicious. Everything on the menu looked great and while we didn't try any of the food offerings, we will definitely be back. The bar was an intimate setting and the pinball machines were great. We live in Aurora but we can't wait to come back as this place is definitely worth the drive for us!“

“One of the best nights! Went to the opening of Mythos. The emcee was so funny & entertaining. Diverse very talented cast.

Tickets are affordable as well as food & drink prices that are typical of the area. Good location too.

It’s a fairly small venue, so I’m putting 2 as the best party size. While they can accommodate larger parties, the setup gets strange since you all need to face the stage. So, you may not be able to chit chat as easily with everyone in your party.

“Easily my new favorite Kava/Kratom bar! My girlfriend and I were driving by and decided to pop in and check the place out on a whim. Very happy we did! The atmosphere is great, everyone's very friendly. They have pool, darts, board games, and a videogame console loaded with thousands of retro titles.
