“Adding my review here since Google maps isn't enough!! Amethyst, Marina and Ryan were all top tier players in our fantastic experience at Briar Commons. We each had a strawberry rhubarb blonde beer, shared the buffalo cauliflower app and the fried chicken sandwich. Between the A+ hospitality, excellent service and delicious food, we came back a second time for the same meal over again. Briar Commons will definitely be a stop every time we come to Colorado! “Forgot to take pics of the food before we started eating. We ordered a cup of Pork Green Chili, a buffalo burger with fries and a Shepherds Pie. Instead of receiving a cup, we got a bowl. It was good, not great but I would order it again. My wife loved her buffalo burger but was disappointed in the amount of fries (too few). The shepherds pie was both a fail and a delight. Very little mashed potatoes on top, like a small spoonful. We all tried it. We decided it wasn’t worthy of being called a shepherds pie but a meat chili or another type of stew, the light went on. The bowl of chili was delicious. I hope you understand what I’m taking about. :-)“

The crisped parmigian topping the Mac & Cheese was WOW! Wait staff was prompt and friendly, and checked on me just the right amount.“

“Few breweries offer as many delicious non-beer options as Raíces, in addition to flavorful food trucks, and an abundance of indoor-outdoor space, plus parking, this is the perfect brewery to bring your family to in Denver. We just hosted our daughter's 3rd birthday here and the kids had a BLAST while all the adults enjoyed hanging out, drinking beer while kiddos ran around. “Wish I knew about this place sooner! Really great beer selection with choices won't see very often. They now have Little Arthur's serving food which is absolutely incredible. Go here with 4 friends and split the pizza. The pesto fries were an unexpected delight.“

“We have gone twice, once for a soft opening and then again a few days ago. Great beer and food, unfortunately the service was really lacking on the second trip. The place was basically empty yet all of our glasses and food plates kept stacking up on our table. We ended up clearing it off ourselves and taking it to the bar. Wasn’t really planning on doing dishes on Mother’s Day ;) Think we just caught them on a low staffed night and growing pains. We will definitely go back because we are huge fans of their beer. Lots of great patio space and TVs inside to watch sports.“

“Had to try this place out before they closed at the end of the month and I’m sad to say they will be missed! The Blue Moon feature of beers are delicious, most of the beers I tried I’d have again and I c ant say that about most breweries.

I actually thought the food was also great. I had a pretty basic burger, and I’m not sure if the cooks were on it or something today, buts it’s one of the better thick patty burgers I’ve had in the city. Very simple but very tasty.

The atmosphere of the place is also cool and top notch. Really great to take friends and family to.

“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“
