I thought the tacos were well priced and then was pleasantly surprised that they came with roasted potatoes, pickled cucumbers and onions and a giant roasted jalapeño. There was a bit of a miscommunication with my order but the owner made it right with queso and chips for my trouble. This is one of the best food trucks ever!!!!“

Just look at the size of it from the picture. Never am I disappointed with the perfectly balance of ingredients they use to create this burrito. If you’re not the breakfast person try the lunch menu. I tried the steak burrito and was just as amazing. Not to mention the fresh out the pot beans! Not a big fan of beans unless they’re my mother’s but these beans are hands down the best. “Delicious!! I have always gone to their food truck but it's my first time at the restaurant, so I got one of pretty much everything. We had Pork Gyros that were perfect! I got a Green Salad and Feta fries and it smelled so good in my car it's amazing the food made it home. I had some Greek soda (orange is my favorite!) and OF COURSE had Baklava and Loukoumades.

“I recently had the pleasure of being served by Mia at Sweet Cow, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, Mia’s warm and friendly energy made me feel welcome. She greeted me with a big smile and was genuinely excited to help me pick out the perfect flavor (even though I’m the type who changes my mind a thousand times).

Mia not only knows her ice cream flavors inside and out but also has a fantastic way of making recommendations. She took the time to explain each flavor I was curious about and even offered a few sample tastes to make sure I’d find the one I loved. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the experience even more fun and memorable.

Even when the line got a bit longer, Mia stayed calm and friendly, giving each customer the same level of attention and care. It’s clear she genuinely loves her job and making people’s day a little sweeter, one scoop at a time.

“Hidden Gem of Exceptional Mexican food at extremely reasonable prices in Denver.

The people who live around here are incredibly lucky to have this spot in their neighborhood and are missing out if they haven't given it a try.

The owner is very charismatic and passionate about his food. He has a simple but plentiful menu with all of the classics and an a lot of different protein choices.

We ordered the Green Chili Smothered Burrito, Chili Cheese Fries, Pastor Tacos, and Tripa Tacos.

Being from California and having eaten Mexican Food throughout California, our standards are very high and without a doubt this place has exceeded our expectations.

The food here would hold its own even in LA. Our favorite was the smothered burrito. It was a perfect portion size, incredibly flavorful meat and a perfect texture with the Chili. A nice surprise for us because we usually don't find wet burritos that we enjoy this much.

The Pastor Taco was also exceptional, they serve it with Pico and some Pineapple and they loaded it with flavorful meat. Perfectly seasoned and fantastic texture. The Tripa tacos were also delicious, crispy and fatty with a bit of that funk that lovers of innards crave.

The Chili Cheese Fries were also great! Very generous portion of fries and cheese smothered in their Chili.

Overall 10/10 all around for the food, service, pricing, and the owner.

I am only here for the weekend but among all the amazing food I had the past few days, this is a definite highlight and I will be back the next time I visit the city.“
