Had a wonderful experience at Chimney Park! From the service to the extensive wine list to each and every course brought to our table. I have to admit, I was not expecting this type of restaurant in Windsor Colorado. So glad we found a new date night spot!
My wife and I have been coming here for the last 10+ years. It started off as one of the best restaurants in the northern Colorado area. Over the last few years every time we come in it gets a little less appealing with the quality and the cost. For the money you're paying to eat here, I expect much more than what we got. Thank you for the wonderful Happy Hour at your bar. We ordered a Cheese platter, mixed salad, olives and bread. A mock tail called Hibiscus Margarita and a Blue moon beer. The bartender, Sam, was attentive and friendly. We split everything and were pleasantly full with the cheese going home as a leftover. Everything truly was tasty and unique which is why Chimney Park is our favorite. Thank you!
