Its a family restaurant that goes above and beyond with everything they do. I am so grateful to have this gem of a place in the heart of Windsor. “My son and I did a pickup supper from Sally's last night. The General Tsao and Hunan shrimp dinners were fresh, hot, portioned nicely and excellent tasting. The people running the place, that's located in a gas station, can be seen in the back working hard getting the orders out. Sorta old school in a way. It's a nice little gem of a place if you like Chinese-American food.“
