Humiliating Experience – Paying Customers Deserve Better
I don’t usually post about bad experiences, but what happened to my family and me at Fontenot’s Fresh Seafood & Grill was so unacceptable that I feel I need to speak out. We came here as paying customers, ready to enjoy a nice meal during our Christmas trip, but instead, we were treated with complete disrespect and made to feel like we didn’t belong.

Customer service not great waitress was very rude. We had a party of 9 people and ask for a 3rd table and was told sit here or leave. No manager available and store manager was in Hawaii. This place need new staff or to be shut down.
