Gary the manager and the rest of the crew are great. Excellent food and great customer service
Gary, the manager at this Jimmy John's, has earned a real customer for life. Every time something hasn't gone perfectly, Gary has gone above and beyond to make it right — quickly, without making me feel like a hassle, and with genuine care. He's the reason I keep coming back to this location. He treats customers like people, not transactions, and it shows. Gary is a good person and a great manager. If corporate is reading this: take care of Gary.
