“Having eaten at this pizza hut for more than a decade. The staff can be good or just bad. Have had a number of bad experiences over the years including one where our out of town guest was irate that we had not gotten to order yet people who came after us were sat near us and were served, ordered and had their food all delivered in the 30 mins we sat their waiting. This is not the first time nor the last time this happened. If you are not a local regulars do not expect to get good service.The labor pool is small and you get what you get here. Sometimes there are people who do a good job and there are people who do not. Even the lady who worked here for over 20 years did her job in a half half manner. Those new and young could careless.The food is okay and can be great depending on who does it. I have witnessed people pushing or pulling pizza early from the conveyor oven rather than letting them finish their cycle. I have had sloppy cut pizzas and horrible buffet experiences.Even with the change of ownership the staff who ran it were mostly the same. Its a Pizza hut and one can not blame pizza hut, yet those who run it.I do not mind Pizza hut's food. There are far better pizza options and they are are not in Yuma.“
“Having eaten here many times over the last decade plus things at subway pretty much remain the same. Staff, owner and managers all change. Labor is one of the hardest things to keep stable at places like this. Some days you will get nice and some days you will get rude. One can not always count on the same people regardless as to how long a person as gone to the same location. Generally you can count on the same foods.Even a several years ago the toaster oven was broken. There seems to be a problem with these oven even in a number of other location I have come across broken ovens.This location is inside of an existing gas station and either shares its soda with the station or the other way around. The bathroom is large and fair. The place seems pretty clean yet that is based on what you can see and there will be times when it may appear super clean or super dirty. This happens at every location.Subway is what you expect and what you get. Prices have changed and its seems like they are going up and up.“
